People around the world are starving and you need a new iPhone?

Your heart was created by Allah SWT to love Allah SWT. If you prevent your heart from doing so, it will not carry out it’s normal functions. You will always feel something missing, always longing for something. Some will experience levels of depression while others will start to replace that love for Allah SWT by love for the dunyah which will soon fade away. If you give your heart what it needs, it will give you true happiness.
Allah SWT tells us: “Verily in the remembrance of Allah do the hearts find rest” ♥

Many people live their lives on their own terms and justify it by “it’s the intention that counts”. Allah SWT gave us a guideline on how to live our lives, who are we to say otherwise? The Hadith that discusses intentions says that if you wish to do a thing but something prevented you from doing it, then the intention counts BUT if you are able and choose not to, then you are ignoring Allah SWT’s way.

More than often we have the attitude that we need to leave it to Allah swt and do nothing. Yes you must trust in Allah swt but you have to put effort, Allah swt wants to see you try, HE wants to see you work for it. There is no point in sitting around doing absolutely nothing and thinking “if its meant to be it will be”.
Allah swt tells you “if you are grateful I will give you more”. Allah swt did not want Ibrahim AS to leave his family in the desert but HE wanted to see if Ibrahim AS would give them up for Allah ♥

The shaytan does not tell you to directly commit a haram act, rather he causes you to feel bad and guilty.

He says “you missed So many prayers and NOW you want to pray to Allah? Allah hates you, no point in praying after ALL this. You have sinned TOO much for Allah to love you”

Allah SWT says “O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the skies and you were to ask forgiveness of me, I WILL FORGIVE YOU” ♥
